This scheme is one of the many ways Oodles aims to reward loyal customers who purchase across our network of branches.
How do I join the scheme?
You can join Oodles Loyalty via our website by clicking my account on the home page. You can click here to start your journey. Enter your postcode to locate your local branch and click my account. Fill in your personal details to create an account.
You will need to activate your account by verifying your email address. Please check you spam and junk folders for this email to click on the link.
What is the benefits of opting in for marketing emails?
By opting in for marketing emails we will keep you informed for when we have promotional weekends such as double points. We may even send you a birthday treat. We will not bombard you with communications and only send you emails that
are relevant to you.
I registered in store what next?
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account. Once activated you are ready to start collecting.
I’m already a registered customer, where do I log in?
Head to my account, enter your postcode and click my account to log in under registered customers.
How do I reset my password?
There is a ‘forgot password’ link on the sign in page. Head to my account, enter your postcode and click my account. Then use the forgot password link to send yourself an email with a reset link.
Check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.
Do I have to register with my personal details?
Yes. We collect your personal details such as address; so we know where to deliver if you order a delivery, Birthday; so we can send you birthday promotions and email to verify your account and send transaction confirmations.
We will also track your transaction history to demonstrate when and how you collected points and may send you promotions in relation to your spend activity.
How is my personal data used and stored?

How do I collect points?
Instore- you will need to provide your name and postcode so the team can find you on our till system and credit your transaction to your account. If you have a card you can present your card to be swiped at the order point.
Online- When you log in using your account credentials and verify your email address, you will start to collect points each time you log in when ordering.
How many points can I collect?
You can collect 1 point for every £ you spend across anything on our menu.
How much are the points worth?
One point is worth 5p. You can view the exchange rate under my points and rewards when you log into your account.
How do I see my point balance?
Instore-Speak to a team member who can check your balance for you. Online you can view your points balance in the account dashboard under my points and rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points online on the check out screen by entering how many points you want to use. Instore you can redeem your points by swiping your card or asking a team member to manually apply them to the checkout.
Do my points expire?
At the moment there is no expiry to your points.
Can I redeem my points against all purchases?
Yes you can. Currently there is no restrictions.
How do I delete my account?
You can ask Oodles to remove your account by emailing email@example.com
Please note you will lose all points accrued and once deleted there is no way to recover them.
I am missing points from my account who do I contact?
In the first instance, contact the branch you ordered from with your proof of purchase to have missing points added on. If the branch cannot assist you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase.
Points will only be back dated for transactions that took place in the last 7 days.
How do I change my phone number or email?
You can update your personal details by logging into your account on our website. If you are experiencing difficulties you can email email@example.com
