Oodles Chinese has launched a new website and app designed to enhance its customer experience.

The website is one of the first digital executions of the Oodles Chinese brand as it steps up its growth strategy to target new locations across the UK.

The new site responds to the rapidly-evolving fast-casual dining market with the objective of boosting and reinforcing its brand image.

About the website

The site showcases the Oodles Chinese offering with dynamism and movement. It has replicated its brand colours of black, white and red from offline to online with bespoke visuals. The aim of the website is to be as user-friendly as possible to allow the customer journey to be as simple and easy as possible.

The site has been designed to be engaging with functionalities designed to allow for more personalised navigation with a focus on engaging users and encouraging them to share.

Visitors can easily select their preferred Oodles Chinese store and order online within a few clicks. The portal has been built to understand the user journey and offer tailored information and offers as a result.

New Apple and Android app

To coincide with the launch of the new website, Oodles Chinese has also updated its Android and iOS app. Users of the app will be able to browse the menu, find a location and order via its dedicated ordering portal. Both apps are available on the respective Play and Apple store.
